| I first was introduced to billiards at my Aunt and Uncle's
house in Hudson, NH. They had a pool table in the basement and when at their home I would go
down cellar and entertain myself for hours. Over the years I've played in recreation halls in
the Air Force and in many bar rooms. I've never really excelled at it, but I can hold my own
and make a few lucky shots in most situations.
One of the first things I did when I bought my home was to buy an Olhausen Pool Table. I ended up with a great deal from Seasonal Specialty Stores in Amherst, NH on a 8' Monarch table. Unfortunately my basement flooded in April 2008 and it's been dismantled until further notice. :-( Like most of my life I have been overwhelmed in the last year or so with more than I can deal with so I'm not sure when I'll play on it again. |
